CLIA is mainly composed of two parts: chemiluminescence analysis system and immune reaction. Chemiluminescence analysis system is the use of chemiluminescent substances by catalysting catalysis and oxidation of oxidant to form an excited state intermediate, when the excited state intermediate returns to a stable ground state, at the same time emitting photons using luminescence signal measuring instruments to measure light quanta. The immune reaction is usually a specific reaction between the antibody and the analyte in the sample, and the luminescent substance or enzyme labeled on the antibody then acts on the luminescent substrate through an enzymatic reaction, and the luminescence intensity is detected by a chemical detection system, and finally the content of the analyte is determined by the relationship between the chemiluminescent marker and the luminescence intensity.Pleasecontact us if needed
